Originally from Cleveland, OH, Vance holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech. After moving to San Diego for a prior role, he gained six years of experience in a client-facing technical position, managing accounts and delivering hands-on service for an industrial water chemistry provider. His efforts significantly reduced his clients’ collective annual water consumption by millions of gallons.

With a passion for technology, Vance enjoys designing and building home audio equipment and currently serves as the audio production manager for a local running events company on weekends. He also manages social events for a community-focused fitness group and regularly participates in fundraising efforts for a non-profit organization that supports students, educators, and first responders impacted by school shootings.

In his free time, Vance loves live music and traveling, always seeking new adventures and experiences.
